Since its inception on 6–8 April 2004, under the esteemed patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development (DIHAD) Conference & Exhibition has grown to become the World’s Leading Event on Humanitarian Aid and Development.
For over two decades, DIHAD has served as a dynamic platform bringing together decision-makers, practitioners, experts, and key stakeholders from around the globe to share knowledge, build partnerships, and advance humanitarian and development initiatives that address pressing global challenges.
In its 2025 edition, DIHAD welcomed over 20,745 attendees, spanned 11,796 SQM of overall space, and featured 1,078 participating entities and partners from more than 160 countries. The event hosted 205 renowned humanitarian speakers across 64 sessions and 197 workshops. It also attracted 158 buyers from UN agencies, foundations, and charities, facilitated 1,496 networking and B2B meetings, and showcased innovations across 10 participating pavilions.
DIHAD Conference & Exhibition
DIHAD continues to be the World’s leading platform for exchanging humanitarian ideas and practices. The Conference gathers top international professionals and key decision-makers to discuss best practices in humanitarian assistance and development. It serves as a regional hub for ideas and conclusions that enhance the effectiveness and impact of humanitarian efforts worldwide.
The DIHAD Exhibition provides a unique opportunity for participants to network, build collaborations, form new partnerships, and showcase the latest technologies and innovative solutions supporting crisis-affected communities globally. This exhibition allows assistance providers to connect with relevant corporate and governmental actors, creating meaningful synergies for those in need.
Building Bridges for a Better Tomorrow
More than just an event, DIHAD is a movement that champions cross-sector collaboration and multilateral engagement. It bridges gaps between humanitarian and development actors and promotes dialogue across cultures and sectors to drive forward solutions that leave no one behind.
As we look ahead to DIHAD 2026, we continue to amplify the voices of those at the frontlines, foster innovation, and build partnerships that strengthen resilience and deliver lasting impact for communities in need.
Join us in this global endeavor to shape a better future for all.
